MinakiLabs property data is a service of MinakiLabs LLC ("we", "us"). By using this website or our data you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We compile property information from public records: county and town offices, courts where their records are public, and other public sources. Our products are available by request; the terms of any paid access are agreed with you separately before you are charged.
Accuracy
Public records contain mistakes and go out of date, and our matching of records to parcels can be wrong. We show where each fact came from and when we last checked it, but we don't guarantee that any record is accurate, complete or current. Check anything important against the original record before you act on it.
Uses that are not allowed
MinakiLabs is not a consumer reporting agency, and our data is not a consumer report. You may not use it, in whole or in part, to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or renting a home, or for any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You may not use it to harass, stalk or threaten anyone, or in any way that breaks the law, including laws on marketing calls, texts and email.
Your access
Access is for you and your organisation. Don't resell, republish or share our data, or your access to it, unless we agree to it in writing. Don't try to copy this website or our data in bulk by automated means.
No warranty and limits
The website and data are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, MinakiLabs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Illinois law governs these terms.
